I've never made jewellery before. How easy is it?

All our kits come with easy-to-follow instructions. Some are harder than others, but all are simple to make with a little patience.

Why buy a Bead Creative kit? Surely I could buy my beads elsewhere?

Yes, you could! But thanks to our huge stock and low business overheads, we are able to offer incredibly low prices on a wide variety of beads. Our kits also come with instructions, thread, ends and clasps, making it easy for you to just get going.

What do you mean, "Beads, buttons and charms may vary"?

We buy our beads in large quantities, but sooner or later they run out. When they do, we try to replace them like-for-like. If the exact same beads are no longer available from our suppliers, we try to find similar alternatives.

When can I expect delivery of my purchased items?

Ordinarily we ask customers to allow 3-4 working days for delivery. Obviously, if you place your order on Christmas Eve, delivery times will be significantly longer!

What if I'm not happy with a product?

Our Returns Policy is simple: if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a full refund on return of the items in question, no questions asked!

Do I need any tools to make my jewellery?

Fingers, pliers, scissors. Easy-peasy lemon-squeezy!

Can the jewellery be adjusted to size?

Yes! All of our kits come with plenty of thread and a few extra beads. Some are also designed with adjustable lengths. Refer to individual product descriptions for details.

How do you stop cord from fraying?

Dip the end into some nail varnish and rub it in. Allow to dry then thread in the normal way. Cut and repeat if necessary.

How do you get beads onto ribbon?

Fold a piece of tiger tail wire in half and thread the folded part through the bead. Thread the ribbon through the loop of the tiger tail as you would thread cotton using a needle threader. Pull back through the bead.

How much p&p will I be charged for my order?

£1.25 p&p ....... purchases up to £25.99.
£2.50 p&p ....... purchases from £26.00 to £49.99.
Free p&p ......... purchases over £50.00.
